TactiBall - Idle Manager Game ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Account Data

• Email address and authentication provider (e.g. Google Sign-In) used to create and secure your account.
• Manager name and club name you choose within the app.

Gameplay Data

• Game progress, statistics, squad, formation, economy history, and other in-game state.
• In-app purchase transaction IDs (used solely to verify and grant rewards; no payment details are stored by us).

Device and Technical Data

• Push notification tokens to deliver game event alerts (if you grant permission).
• Basic crash and diagnostic data to maintain app stability.

We do not collect precise location data, contacts, photos, or biometric information.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and authenticate your account.
• To operate game systems, save your progress, and enable competitive features.
• To verify in-app purchases and grant rewards.
• To send push notifications about game events (match results, auction outcomes, scout returns). You can disable these in your device settings at any time.
• To detect abuse, prevent fraud, and ensure platform security.
• To improve app stability and performance using anonymised diagnostic data.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contract performance – processing necessary to provide the game service you have signed up for.
• Legitimate interests – security, fraud prevention, and app stability.
• Consent – push notifications (you can withdraw consent at any time via your device settings).

4. Data Storage and Third-Party Services

All data is stored and processed using Firebase, a platform operated by Google LLC. Firebase services used include Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Functions. Data may be stored on servers located in the United States or other countries. By using the app, you acknowledge this transfer. Google's privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy.

In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We receive only a transaction ID and product ID — no payment or financial information is transmitted to or stored by us.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and game data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and game progress are permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Data portability (where applicable under GDPR).

7. Children's Privacy

TactiBall is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it promptly. Users between 13 and 16 in certain EU countries may require verified parental consent under applicable law.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
